At Paper Source, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most of our artisanal stationery and home decor items. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including the printed return packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
